CNC Table-up®

What is Hydraulic Cylinder?
A hydraulic cylinder is a type of mechanical component or an actuator that gives a unidirectional force through unidirectional strokes using the liquid as a working medium to exert force to carry out desired work. You can get get hydraulic cylinders from Crane Bel.
How Hydraulic Cylinders Works?
Hydraulic cylinders from Crane Bel obtain their power from pressurized fluid, which is generally a kind of oil. It consists of a cylinder barrel, where a piston moves back and forth, which is connected to a piston rod. One side of the barrel is closed by the cap, called the cylinder bottom, and the other side of the barrel is closed by the cylinder head, also called the gland.
Out of that area, the piston rod comes out, which is the component that carries force outwards of the cylinder. The Piston has seals and sliding rings; the Piston divides the internal cylinder into two parts.
- Bottom chamber (cap end) and
- Piston rod side chamber (head or rod end)
The hydraulic cylinder from Crane Bel is the motor or actuator side. The ‘generator’ side is hydraulic; ic pump, which exerts the regulated and fixed flow of fluid (oil) to the hydraulic cylinder, then moves the Piston.
The oil is pushed in the chambers and then back to the reservoir through the force of a piston. So, let’s say the oil enters from the cap end during the extensional stroke, and the oil pressure in the rod end\head end is approx. zero, the force F on the piston rod equals the pressure P inside the cylinder times the piston area A. So, F=P.A

Table-Up Broaching machines are improved automatic versions of Vertical Pull-down and Vertical Surface Broaching Machine with lots of advantages over the conventional machines like no requirement of the pit and/or raised a platform for operator. In these machines the job is placed on the machine table which moves up with the job, the broach remaining stationary, and the operations are carried automatically without any manual handling of jobs and Tools.

Vertical Internal
